600%-1000% return on investment – Designed and coded software to merge two customer databases for Direct Mail projects. Ticketing System (see next item) did not have ability to query customer history en masse, so I wrote software to query all patrons and all tickets sold, then wrote software to merge these two results. Created direct mail campaigns from this data, targeting customers who had only attended a single show. By incentivizing these patrons to return, produced 6-10 fold payback on direct mail costs. Future attendance and purchases by these customers will produce an even greater return on these projects.
