Created sales and marketing plans, implemented email marketing/social media campaigns which engaged customers and increased sales. Recruited, screened, and hired employees, contractors, and support staff to ensure that customers received excellent service. Handled all customer service and employee relation issues. Developed web presence and maximized performance/venue exposure. Developed original entertainment and presented shows at various venues.
Highlights:
- Developed marketing and sales plan including direct mail advertising, social media marketing, Groupon campaign, and Constant Contact email marketing which doubled season ticket sales and produced up to a 1,000% return on the marketing investment.
